1. About
Run and Chill is a community sports club based in Munich. This website (runandchill.de) and the member dashboard (checkin.runandchill.de) are the digital home of the club. Use of these is free for members; merch orders are governed by the order terms below.
2. Account
- You provide a valid email address and verify it.
- You provide your real first and last name.
- You keep your login credentials secure and don't share them.
- One account per person.
3. Trainings (at your own risk)
Participation in any Run and Chill training is at your own risk. By attending you confirm that you're physically fit for the activity and that you'll follow the session rules (e.g. helmets on the bike ride, road traffic regulations, swimming with a buddy at the lake). Organisers are not liable for injury, loss or damage during sessions.
4. Check-in & leaderboard
- Check-ins are valid only when you're physically at the session.
- Fraudulent check-ins (forwarding QR codes, multiple accounts, etc.) may lead to point deduction or account removal.
- Points are earned for attendance (+1) and for bringing friends (+1 each, with consent). Mutual referrals within the same session don't count.
- Any leaderboard rewards are at the organisers' discretion and aren't a contractual entitlement.
5. Merch orders
- Orders are placed through the website and paid via Mollie. We don't see or store your full card or bank details.
- The €5 fee on every order is a deposit if you choose pickup (refunded in cash at the training when you collect) or shipping if you choose ship-to-me. If you select pickup but don't collect, the deposit covers postage to the address you gave us.
- Tees are produced in batches; if you preorder we lock in your size when the window closes.
- Returns are accepted by post within 14 days of receipt under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. You pay the return shipping; we don't charge an admin fee. Items must be unworn and unwashed.
- Caps are limited stock; once they sell out we can't restock the same batch.
6. Acceptable use
- No fake accounts or impersonation.
- No tampering with the check-in or leaderboard.
- Use the site for what it's for.
7. Account termination
We may suspend or remove accounts that breach these terms. You can delete your account any time by emailing info@runandchill.de.
8. Disclaimer
The site is provided "as is", without guarantees of uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
9. Governing law
German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Munich.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after the update means you accept the new version.
